Y Tix: $10 seats to BRAVO! performances for BYU students

WHAT IS Y TIX?
Y Tix are cheap (“rush”) tickets available for purchase by current BYU students for all BRAVO! performances.* We’ve designated at least 20 good seats to all BRAVO! performances as Y Tix seats. Additional seats may also be available at other locations in the venue. These will become available for current BYU students to purchase on the day of the performance for only $10 each. Students must register online through the Y Tix web link at the top of this page on the day of the performance between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. You may register for up to two tickets. Winners will be selected at random to be able to purchase tickets to the performance. Everyone who enters will be notified via email shortly after the registration period closes. If you were successfully chosen to purchase Y Tix, your email confirmation will contain instructions for how to purchase your tickets. (Note: if you do not receive an automatic email reply, check your junk mail folder and/or email filter settings to allow messages from “tickets@byu.edu.”)

Y Tix registrations end at 1:00 p.m. You will be notified via email shortly after that time as to whether or not you have been randomly selected to purchase tickets or not. f you are not a lucky winner selected to purchase Y Tix, you may try again for another performance.

WEEKDAY PERFORMANCE
If you are selected to purchase ticket(s) to a performance taking place on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, you will have 90 minutes from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. to purchase your ticket(s) in person at the BYU Ticket Office in the HFAC or Marriott Center or by calling (801) 422-2981.

SATURDAY PERFORMANCE
If you are selected to purchase ticket(s) to a performance taking place on a Saturday, you will have 60 minutes to purchase your ticket(s) beginning 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance (e.g. from 12:30–1:30 p.m. for a Saturday matinee beginning at 2:00 p.m. or 6:00-7:00 p.m. for a Saturday evening performance beginning at 7:30 p.m.).

PURCHASE
Y Tix orders must be completed in person at the BYU Ticket Office in the Harris Fine Arts Center, Marriott Center (excluding Saturdays), or by calling (801) 422-2981. Tickets cannot be purchased online. Tickets not paid for by the deadline will no longer be available when the purchase period ends.

PICK UP YOUR TICKETS
Tickets will be given to you at the time of purchase if you visit the Harris Fine Arts Center or Marriott Center. If you purchase by phone, tickets will be held at will call in the Harris Fine Arts Center Ticket Office. Y Tix are not available for mobile or print at home delivery.

You must show your current BYU student ID when purchasing your tickets or picking up your tickets at will call. They will not be released to anyone else. If you are not a current BYU student, or do not have your current BYU student ID, the tickets will be voided and refunded.

PLEASE NOTE
Valid only for current BYU students. Limit one entry per person per performance. Ticket price includes $1 service fee. All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be given. Seat selection is made by the ticket office. Seats in orders with two tickets may or may not be located next to each other. Tickets cannot be exchanged for alternate seats at the same performance or for alternate performances. Tickets cannot be transferred to other people. Registrations may not be altered once submitted. Y Tix not valid for previous purchases. No additional discounts apply. Y Tix program may be changed or canceled at any time without advance notice.

*Y Tix not available for OFF THE MAP performances.
