This event has been rescheduled and renamed. Please visit the new event link here. One of the most anticipated concerts each year, the Evening of Concertos features the top instrumentalists and singers in the School of Music in this annual showcase.

Free admission, tickets not required. Seating will be general admission and will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. One of the most anticipated concerts each year, the Evening of Concertos features the top instrumentalists and singers in the School of Music in this annual showcase.

Free admission, tickets not required. Seating will be general admission and will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. This concert will feature concerto performances of up-and-coming students from the BYU School of Music, chosen from the annual freshman/sophomore concerto competition.

University Orchestra and University Strings celebrate storytelling through music with pieces that each tell a specific narrative, including “Winter” from Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture. Both orchestras are made up of non-majors and are conducted by BYU’s orchestral conducting master's candidates.

Come wish Professor Katseanes adieu upon his retirement.
