Enjoy a peaceful and invigorating evening of French baroque chamber music by the amazing students of the BYU Baroque Ensemble. The grace and beauty of French composers such as Francois Couperin and Jean-Marie Leclair have captivated audiences for generations. Enjoy beloved works by these well-known composers, as well as fantastic baroque era compositions by female composer Elisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre and a celebrated swordsman, violinist, and composer of African descent, Joseph Bologne-Chevalier de Saint-Georges.

The BYU Philharmonic continues to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Ludvig van Beethoven with tonight’s performance of his monumental third symphony – the Eroica.

The BYU Philharmonic concludes its Beethoven anniversary celebration with tonight’s performance of his last piano concerto, the Emperor, with BYU piano faculty, Scott Holden.

Varied sections by Brahms, Mozart, Adams, Debussy, and Barber. Featuring a new piece, entitled "Homage to a Son" composed by faculty Steve Lindeman, on piano, Monte Belknap, violin soloist, and Caroline Jorgenson, harp soloist.

 Program to include L’Arlésienne Suite No. 1 by Georges Bizet and Sabre Dance by Aram Khachaturian, as well as works by Mozart and Gounod

Varied selections by Verdi, Martin, Ravel, Elgar, Nelson, and Liszt. Featuring faculty baritone Robert Brandt as vocal soloist.
