Join the BYU Wind Symphony for their first concert under the direction of the new Director of Bands, Shawn Smith. The concert, "Music from the Third Stream," will feature music that fuses jazz, blues, funk, Latin, and classical genres into something new and exciting.

Join us as we begin anew, celebrating wonderful music, great relationships, and new beginnings. Join the Symphonic Band as they perform the music of Alfred Reed, Eric Whitacre, and others.

BYU Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band present "Winter Celebrations." Come celebrate the winter holidays with a culmination of Alfred Reed's "Russian Christmas Music" using combined forces of both bands.

The BYU Wind Symphony celebrates Black History Month with a concert titled "Toward Freedom..." featuring Aaron Copland's Lincoln Portrait, two works honoring Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and a musical celebration of the Black Sunday worship experience by composer Omar Thomas.

We pay homage to heroes of our past in a musical tribute to heroes that have shaped history and had meaningful contributions to our lives. Join us as we present "Heroes" Featuring Onsby Rose Symphony No. 1, Heroes.

"Old, New, Borrowed, Blue." This rhyme was originally meant to symbolize luck for a bride on her wedding day. The Symphonic Band presents a program that brings this old adage to the concert hall. Join us for something old, new, borrowed, and BLUE!

Embrace your inner child and join the BYU Wind Symphony for their final concert of the season, "Music for the Young at Heart." The concert will feature music about and for children, including David Maslanka's monumental A Child's Garden of Dreams, Ryan George's whimsical Firefly, and a musical setting of Margaret Wise Brown's classic children's book Goodnight Moon. The concert will conclude with a live cartoon soundtrack—we provide the music and you imagine the cartoon!
