This combined combo concert features the School of Music’s five mainstream jazz combos and the commercial music group. Each of the groups will play two selections from their repertoire. The show will involve a mix of instrumental and vocal features, as well as a mix of swing, bossa nova, pop, blues, and soul selections.

Free admission, tickets not required. Seating will be general admission and will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Treat yourself to a Men’s Chorus musical tour of the globe, featuring folk and multicultural music from around the world alongside iconic Americana offerings.

This year's Primrose Memorial Concert will feature violist Rita Porfiris and her duo partner, violinist Anton Miller, performing with pianist Scott Holden. The performance will include a world premiere of the Neige éternelle for Solo Viola (2023) by Veronique Vaka as well as Ernst Toch’s Divertimento, made famous by William Primrose and Jascha Heifetz.

Celebrate summer with University Chorale's concert of favorites from a variety of choral genres.

BYU professor and renowned pianist Stephen Beus performs works by Griffes, Alkan, and Medtner.

This concert features works by living American composers Caroline Shaw, Jennifer Higdon, and Reena Esmail as well as works by French composers Olivier Messiaen, Francis Poulenc, and Maurice Ravel. Each of these composers strives to elevate and inspire through their unique voices. Come for an evening of transformative music that will resonate, soothe, and challenge.

This recital will feature various works for clarinet and piano, including a new piece, Scenes from the West Midlands, composed by Jaren Hinckley and inspired by a visit to the UK earlier this year.

Percussionist and Colorado State University professor Eric Hollenbeck comes to BYU for a solo recital. Hollenbeck has performed throughout the world and at over thirty universities in the United States, and he is a four-time featured performer at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention.

The American Piano Duo and American Piano Quartet combine for a thrilling evening of musical favorites. Come hear the resounding and sumptuous textures of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Suite No. 2, the patriotic fervor of “The Stars and Stripes Forever,” and much more!

Experience the virtuosity of this award-winning chamber ensemble in BYU’s new Recital Hall. Dedicated to promoting contemporary music by Mexican and Latin American composers, the Mexico City Woodwind Quintet frequently commissions and premieres new works. In addition to their performances at international music festivals, the group is also known for their commitment to educating young woodwind players through seminars and workshops.
